The house is of strong brick construction and was built in 1965 and has an area of 140 square meters. It would benefit from some modernisation. but it is perfectly habitable after cleaning and painting work (please see pictures from inside the house). The roof timber and the roof itself is in very good condition with a new chimney. There are 4 double bedrooms. a living room. a kitchen. a bathroom with hot water storage tank. a storage room. plus porch and attic. There is a well outside by the porch and a stream flows into the wood at the bottom of the garden. All walls are thick. made of brick and very strong. Cleaning. painting. some flooring and replacing the old windows would be beneficial otherwise no structural work needed.
