Most of the building is at present in fairly good order but the upper floors have water damage from the leaking roof. I have lots of photos of the area from a holiday I had there in 2013. It is a lovely town and very freindly people. Unfortunately I just don't have the funds to refurbish this property and can't allow it to fall into further disrepear.
