We have owned this property from new but need to sell due to a house purchase in the UK.

Please note that our penthouse is the 90 sq mtr one. with similar ones on the development selling for £135. 00 unfurnished and still requiring payment for title deeds.
Transfer of the Pre 1974 title deeds into your name will cost approximately £4000. I will pay this for you. as I am looking for a fast sale. My solicitor has everything in place ready for the transfer.
The Pre 1974 title deeds are. in my opinion. the only safe deeds to have in North Cyprus. with a few minor exceptions.
Our apartment is the second block from the back and in the quietest area of the small development. but still only 1-2 minutes walk to the private beach.
It is ready to move in today. sleeps up to six. and has everything in place. even beach towels and gas BBQ on one of the large balconies.
The development is on the beach. amongst citrus plantations. with views of the mountains. Skiing on Troodos is 45 minutes away. The local golf course is 10 miutes drive. or 20 minutes walk along the beach. There are many excellent (and cheap) fish restaurants within a few miles. although the food on the development is as good as any.
As a rental. tripadvisor is advertising holiday lets on the development for £85/night with a high star rating. so could be a good investment? Ryanair and Easyjet fly into Paphos (90 mins away) and Larnaca (120 mins). or Turkish carriers into Ercan (30 mins).
The quality of the development is amongst one of the highest in North Cyprus. with a British management company on site to assist with key holding. cleaning. maintenance and rentals.
The annual maintenance fees are just over £700. which is very fair considering the facilites on offer and the cost of running two outdoor pools and an indoor heated pool.
Free WiFi. gyms. sauna. massage and kitsufing school are all available. including an excellent. and very friendly Indian restaurant by the main pool.
