SINCE OUR DEPARTURE BACK TO THE UK WE HAVE HAD HOUSE SITTERS [RUTH AND TONY FROM WALES] THEY HAVE LIVED AND WORKED ON THE ISLAND SINCE APPROX 1998 AND ARE A VERY WELL KNOWN AND RESPECTED COUPLE. WE STRUCK UP AN INSTANT FRIENDSHIP WITH THEM AS SOON AS WE MOVED TO THE ISLAND. THE ARRANGEMENT IS THAT THEY LIVE THERE RENT FREE. BUT THEY PAY ALL THE UTILITY BILLS. KEEP THE GARDEN LOOKING AT ITS BEST [THEY PAY A LOCAL GARDENER FOR THIS TASK]. THE POOL TOP UPS AND MAINTAINANCE COSTS AND KEEP THE INSIDE AND OUT CLEAN AND TIDY. THE AGREEMENT ALSO IS THAT ANY PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS ARE ALLOWED TO VIEW THE PROPERTY AND THEY WILL VACATE WITH REASONABLE NOTICE.
