The Bar has been established well over 20 years.  

I have owned it for nearly 10 of those and known the previous owners and tenants for many years before that.

During the years that I have owned the property it has always been run by tenants providing a very good investment rental income.

 Even though I have clearly stated that I have always had the property tenanted

 I keep getting asked.   what are the takings?   do you have accounts?

 You cannot ask your tenants how much are you making each week? 

But I can give you an idea of figures. to anyone that is interested in purchasing the bar to run it themselves.

 The previous tenant's outgoings that I know of where:

Their rent for the property

         Electricity. Gas. Water.

     Owners Self Employed Monthly National Insurance cost

       Staff National Insurance costs etc.

Each set of tenants all paid for 2-4 staff so you have all their staff wages to take into account.

Every tenant Rented a Villa.  so that is another rent to payout

 plus all the Electricity. Gas. Water for the villa

Every tenant had a car/vehicles fuel. garage parking etc. to pay for.

To summarise if you add up all these amounts you can see they were making a very good INCOME/PROFIT.

 I would consider a buyer who has a deposit but is waiting for the rest of the money to come in from a property sale or pension payout etc. then pay in full maybe in 3 to 6 months

About El Campello

 

This is a charming small coastal town with fabulous sandy beaches. a long promenade with many bars and restaurants and is just ten miles north of Alicante. twenty minutes' drive from the Airport. Every Wednesday the town has a typical Spanish outdoor market

 with colourful stalls selling local produce at incredible prices.
